It is our objective to supply as much beneficial and accurate information as possible for growing olives and making olive oil in Texas. The TOOC will periodically update the website with articles, research, news coverage, photographs, and future harvesting information as well as a list of new growers and orchards.

Texas is a unique growing area, and as much assistance that we can give and get will benefit this new and expanding industry in Texas. We would appreciate any input from new, current, or former members. Send all information that you would like included on our web site to Jim Henry or
